Activate Mobile Key







How to turn on Mobile Key

Open the BPI app and sign in.

Go to More, then tap Settings.

Under Security, toggle Mobile Key ON.

  • Create and confirm your 6-digit Mobile Key PIN.
  • Optional: enable biometrics (fingerprint or Face ID) for quicker approvals.
  • After activation, login and transaction requests can be verified through your Mobile Key device.
